First of all, there is more than just the casual .com, .net, or .org domain name. A domain can tell us where the website is from, such as .ca, which is Canada. Other ones, such as .jp (Japan), .it (Italy), .eg (Egypt), .ch (Switzerland), or .sg (Singapore), tell us which country it is from. It is a very smart system.
